Services, visits and next steps

Straight answers about working with Rouse Property Solutions.

These answers explain the current service offering without replacing a conversation about your property and the work you need.

What types of property maintenance does Rouse Property Solutions provide?

Rouse Property Solutions handles smaller repairs, installations and routine upkeep for homes, rental properties, vacant properties and suitable smaller commercial buildings. Common requests include minor drywall repair, door hardware, caulking, weather stripping, screen repair, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, shelving, blinds, mounting and furniture or equipment assembly.

Review the property maintenance services and installation and small-repair examples for more details.

Do you take one-time repair and maintenance jobs?

Yes. You can request help with one smaller repair or send a list of maintenance items without signing up for recurring service.

Each request is reviewed based on the work involved, property conditions, safe access and availability. Tell us what you need done, and we'll review the details before providing pricing.

Do you offer recurring property maintenance?

Recurring upkeep is available for properties that need regular attention. The arrangement can focus on repeat maintenance items, visual checkups or scheduled care for a home, rental, vacant property or suitable smaller commercial building.

Visit frequency, access and maintenance priorities are discussed for each property. Rental and vacant-property checkups may be scheduled monthly, every other month or quarterly, subject to availability.

Can you check on rental or vacant properties?

Yes. Rental and vacant-property checkups can include visual observations of requested accessible areas, notes about visible maintenance concerns, photographs where included and a short written visit summary.

These are routine maintenance visits, not professional home, engineering or code inspections. They do not provide security services, continuous monitoring or a guarantee that every issue will be found.

Do you provide commercial property maintenance?

Yes. Commercial maintenance is available for offices, retail spaces, warehouses, church properties and other suitable smaller commercial buildings.

Requests may include maintenance punch lists, minor drywall or door-hardware repairs, compatible fixture or equipment installation, pressure washing, exterior checkups and scheduled upkeep. Major construction and work requiring an unconfirmed licensed trade remain outside the routine maintenance service.

Can I request several small repairs during one visit?

Yes. Send a prioritized list of the smaller repairs or installations you would like reviewed, along with photos or product details when they help explain the work.

The number of items that can be completed in one visit depends on the condition of the property, access, task complexity and available time, so every requested item cannot be guaranteed for a single visit.

What types of work does Rouse Property Solutions not perform?

Rouse Property Solutions does not specialize in major construction, full remodeling projects, roofing, painting or carpentry projects. Work that requires a licensed electrician, plumber or another specialized contractor is outside the routine maintenance scope unless an appropriately qualified provider is separately arranged.

Review the service terms and limitations or contact the business if you are unsure whether an item fits.

How do I request service or get an estimate?

Call (228) 236-4053 or email [email protected]. Include the property location and type, a description of the work, any useful photos or product details, and the best way to reach you.

Rouse Property Solutions can review the request and discuss the next step. Pricing and any estimate must be confirmed directly before work begins; this website does not publish a service-call fee or provide a binding estimate.

How does scheduling work?

Start by providing the property location, the type of work and your contact information. If the request fits the available services, Rouse Property Solutions will work with you to arrange access and timing.

Recurring visits also require a clear list of maintenance priorities and the areas that can be accessed. The website does not promise business hours, same-day service, emergency response or a guaranteed response time.
